We are currently seeking an associate attorney to continue a thriving business in the areas of criminal, traffic, civil, real estate, estate planning, family law, workers compensation, and personal injury.
An attorney with one year or more experience is preferred, but is not required for the right candidate. Experience in one or more of the firm's above practice areas is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin
- Ability to manage tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
- Knowledge of litigation procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Speaking a foreign language (particularly Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
Successful Candidates In This Role Will
- Possess a high level of organization and ability to prioritize issues while maintaining focus on the overall company strategy.
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to tailor their message to their audience.
Salary/Benefits
No cap on annual income potential. The salary for this position is based on performance, with the potential for an annual bonus also based on performance. Benefits include: 401k, life, and disability insurance.
