MLG Capital, headquartered in Brookfield, is looking to add an experienced lawyer to its in-house legal team. MLG Capital’s primary business is facilitating investments in commercial real estate assets, and managing those assets for the investors. MLG Capital sponsors investment funds that acquire real estate in key markets throughout the USA, either directly or through joint ventures with experienced local real estate managers. The legal team is seeking a lawyer with prior experience in real estate acquisitions and financing LLCS, partnerships and joint ventures. Experience in real estate 1031 exchanges, private placement securities offerings and/or REITs is also desirable. Compensation package based on experience.
