Rock County currently has an opening for an attorney to work in the Corporation Counsel’s Office. Work involves performance of professional legal services in the establishment of paternity and the enforcement of child support obligations. It also involves preparing and signing of necessary documents and appearing in Court on behalf of the Child Support Agency. Requirements include: graduation from accredited school of law, experience in professional legal work (preferably family law or child support), and licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
