Our busy and highly successful plaintiff-side employment law firm is adding an attorney who will skillfully represent our clients against current and former employers and/or insurance carriers. Our primary caseload in state and federal courts and agencies involve FMLA,
qui tam, non-compete litigation, discrimination, contracts, retaliation and wages. The successful candidate will enjoy collegial collaboration, as well as, independent decision-making.
This position potentially pays as much as a large-firm, with flexible hours and a friendly atmosphere, but without the office politics. Health insurance, profit sharing, and other benefits are also provided.
