The law firm of Simpson & Deardorff, S.C. seeks an associate attorney to join our team in the Milwaukee office. This position will handle worker’s compensation litigation and assist in the defense of worker’s compensation claims.
Experience with Wisconsin worker’s compensation is preferred, but not necessary. Experience working as an advocate for employers and insurance carriers is highly desirable. You must have strong communication, writing, and decision-making skills; be well organized; and possess the ability to aggressively handle cases. We emphasize the need for effective communication, thoroughness, and team work.
