Our Health Care Department seeks an associate with a minimum three years of experience in health care law to join our hospice group in our Madison office. We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with a broad range of experience relating to Health Care regulatory and compliance issues, HIPAA, False Claims Act defense or enforcement, Anti-Kickback Statute, 60-day Repayment Rule, Medicare and Medicaid audits, and Corporate Integrity Agreements.
