    Michael Buxton Devine, Drake 1980, has become an assistant professor of business law at U.W.-La Crosse and has been called to the Bar of Ireland as a barrister.     Len Kachinsky, U.W. 1978, has been ordered to active duty as chief of mobilization legal operations at Camp Atterbury, Ind. He also previously served as an administrative law officer at Fort Eustis, Va. He practices criminal and traffic defense law in Appleton and is the Menasha municipal judge.
