    Hearing Order 17-07: Amendments to Wis. Stat. sections 809.15, 809.19, 809.30, 809.32, and 885.42 Relating to Rules of Appellate Procedure

    The Wisconsin Judicial Council petitioned the court to amend current rules of appellate procedure to provide better clarity regarding supplementing or correcting the record on appeal, sealing of documents, preparation of transcripts, access to PSIs and inclusion of PSIs in the appellate record.

    ORDER ISSUED: December 1, 2017      

    DISPOSITION: Public hearing on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at 9:30 a.m., in the Supreme Court Room in the State Capitol.
