    The Labor & Employment Law Section’s Monthly CLE Now Available in Five Cities

    In addition to monthly in-person CLE sessions in Madison and Milwaukee, the section now offers webcasts at locations in Green Bay, Eau Claire, and Wausau.

    Dec. 2, 2015 – The Labor & Employment Law Section’s CLE sessions have expanded to five cities across Wisconsin – allowing more section members access to the monthly programs.

    In addition to in-person sessions in Madison and Milwaukee, the section now offers webcasts at locations in Green Bay, Eau Claire, and Wausau.

    The Labor and Employment Law Section serves section members in the area of traditional labor and employment law including all manner of workplace legal issues, and offers monthly CLE presentations on current issues.

    December CLE Session is Dec. 17 and 18

    The December CLE topic is “Dramatic Changes to Overtime Compensation Regulations, and What Do the Proposed Changes Really Mean?” The program is presented 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dec. 17 in person from Milwaukee, and webcast to Green Bay, Eau Claire, and Wausau, and on Dec. 18 in person in Madison.

    The CLE presenters are Daniel T. Dennehy of von Briesen & Roper, S.C. and Larry A. Johnson of Hawks Quindel, S.C.. Dennehy practices in Wisconsin and Illinois in the areas of labor and employment law, health law, and employment-related litigation and regularly conducts management seminars on a variety of employment law topics. Johnson has extensive experience in litigating both class and collective actions, and successfully argued novel issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals expanded the coverage of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
