PINNACLE’s 2013 Business Law Codebook Collection – Not Bigger, but Better

The State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE® codebook library is one of our most popular, and with good reason: each title contains the essential statutes, regulations, and other materials affecting specific areas of law – all in easily managed, paperbound volumes that you can carry with you or keep at your desk.

May 1, 2013 – Keeping codebooks both compact and comprehensive is a challenge, nowhere more so than in a field as vast as business law. In order to provide the most law in the most useful format, State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE® recently revised the two-volume Wisconsin Business Law Codebook, with an eye toward keeping the resource complete while making it more accessible.

First, the attorney-editors examined the scope of the relevant statutes and regulations, focusing on those most often needed and used, while winnowing out the more obscure and less relevant. They then reorganized the books, placing the more-closely related laws and regulations together. The result is a collection in which the law is organized not by numerical order but by predominant issues. The result is a two-volume set, the Wisconsin Business Law Codebook: Transactions, and the Wisconsin Business Law Codebook: Organization and Operation, both of which are available individually or as a set. Now you can focus your research and lighten your briefcase, taking along only the relevant volumes.

And don’t forget PINNACLE’s other codebooks provide up-to-date coverage for such critical practice areas as employment law, elder and disability law, family law, probate and estate planning, real estate law, and public utilities. Each contains the relevant materials for its particular area of law. As always, each reflects the key legislative enactments of the latest legislative session. Visit Marketplace a full listing of all 14 codebook titles and for specific pricing information for each title.
