March 20, 2013 – The State Bar Practice411^™ Breakfast & Business: Eggs, Ethics, and Answers program travels to Wausau on April 17. The program, which focuses on what lawyers need to know about technology in their office today and tomorrow, features State Bar Practice Management Advisor Nerino Petro and Professional Ethics Committee member Dean R. Dietrich.

• What is the ABA’s Ethics 20/20 Commission, and why should Wisconsin lawyers should care about its recommendations?

• What do lawyers need to know about social networking including Facebook, Twitter, and their competitors, not only for themselves but for their clients in an employment law context?

• What does cloud computing mean for lawyers, and what are the ethical issues that you need to understand before using it?
