Sept. 5, 2018 – The G. Lane Ware Leadership Academy gives you – almost instantly – a group of like-minded colleagues who are on your side, says academy graduate Yu Ha Kim.

“At the first session, I was pleasantly surprised how diverse our group was, and how my colleagues were friendly, yet eager to learn,” Kim said.

Kim, of Legal Aid Society of Milwaukee Inc., attended the academy to enhance her communication skills. Working with her classmates, instructors, and State Bar leadership has developed her skills and grown her professional network, she said.

“We had great opportunity to learn from experts with tremendous experience and expertise.”

She quickly used her newly acquired public speaking skills to teach her first CLE presentation.

“I also met wonderful friends who will continue to enrich my professional and personal life in so many ways. I am very grateful for this great opportunity for my career development,” Kim said.
