CaseLaw Express can be accessed in two ways, by clicking on the Legal Research tab or clicking on Wisconsin under this tab. Subscribers receive an email each Monday listing all of the decisions handed down by the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Court of Appeals during the previous week. Each edition organizes recent cases by topic, provides direct links to the full text of each decision, and indicates whether a decision has been recommended for publication.

Subscribers also can access an archive of all CaseLaw Express emails sent out the previous week, month, or year.

To subscribe or to access the archives, click on CaseLaw Express in either location. The first time you log in, you will be prompted for your name, for an email address where you would like to receive CaseLaw Express, and to create a password.
