Updated fillable real estate forms available on WisBar

The State Bar's Real Property, Probate & Trust (RPPT) Law Section recently updated 21 real estate forms. The electronically fillable forms are available at no charge on WisBar in MS Word, WordPerfect, PDF, and OmniForm Mailable Filler formats.

"We are excited to introduce the OmniForm format at this time," says State CLE Books Managing Editor Judith Knight. "The OmniForm can be used by virtually anyone, regardless of what type of word processor you have on your computer; the user is not required to have special software. The OmniForm Mailable Filler offers a clean, easy-to-read form, is easy to use, and users have the benefit of being able to electronically save completed forms."

"The revision to these forms is a long time coming," says Section Chair Robert Kamholz. "These forms, which deal with the creation and transfer of legal interest in real estate, complement the contractual forms issued by the State Department of Regulation and Licensing. Together they provide a comprehensive documentary package for the vast majority of transactions statewide."

Robert Leibsle of Elkorn chaired the committee that updated the forms.
