    State Bar CLE Seminars proudly presents a video seminar reprise of the Litigation Section's 2004 Annual Convention seminar, The Courtroom Performance: Now That's Litigation, on Jan. 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at statewide locations. This half-day seminar features 19 fast-paced and information-packed presentations. Topics include: Proving Your Case to a Reasonable Possibility; Deposing the Adverse Party's Expert; What You Need to Know about Fee Splitting; Documents That Can Help You Understand and Prove a Nursing Home Negligence Claim; Spoliation of Evidence; Six or Twelve? Does Jury Size Really Matter?; Punitive Damages Since Campbell v. State Farm; Special Issues in Chiropractic Malpractice Litigation; Cross Examination: When Enough is Enough, and more.

    The video seminar will be offered in Eau Claire, Green Bay, Hudson, La Crosse, Madison, Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Racine, Kenosha, Rhinelander, Superior, and Wausau. The seminar has been submitted for 4.5 CLE credits, does not qualify for EPR credits, and will be submitted for Minnesota credits. Tuition is $169. Start time includes a 30-minute registration period.
