Hearing Order 23-04: Modification of SCR Chapter 10, Regulation of the State Bar
On June 27, 2023, the State Bar of Wisconsin filed a rule petition seeking to amend Supreme Court Rule 10.05(1) to add a designated voting representative from the Section Leaders Council to the State Bar of Wisconsin Board of Governors.
ORDER ISSUED: Dec. 21, 2023
DISPOSITION: Public hearing scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 25, 2024, beginning at 9:30 a.m., in the Supreme Court Hearing Room in the State Capitol, Madison.
