    Insightful Plenaries

    The opening plenary discusses “Identifying, Investigating, and Preventing Harassment and Bullying in the Workplace” with Lisa M. Bergersen of EngageHR Law LLC, Delafield, and Claire E. Hartley of Buelow Vetter Buikema Olson & Vliet LLC, Waukesha. Learn how to identify the differences between bullying and unlawful harassment, the organizational and personal impacts that can result from ignoring toxic behavior, and the legal rights employers have relative to the bully and the obligations it has to the victim.

    Thursday’s afternoon plenary features a panel discussion on how legal counsel helps in-house investigators to avoid common pitfalls. Learn how to conduct a fair, efficient, effective, and defensible internal investigation. Plenary speakers include:
