    March 6, 2019 – Learn steps to closing the gender leadership gap at the 2019 Diversity Council Program, “The Issues Have Surfaced, but Was Anyone Listening? How to Proactively Solve Gender-Related Challenges in Today’s Workplace.”

    To continue discussions of diversity in an ever diversifying nation, the State Bar’s Diversity & Inclusion Oversight Committee is sponsoring this event to address gender diversity and gender related issues faced in the workplace.

    Don’t miss keynote speaker Mary Ellen Stanek, managing director of Robert W. Baird & Co. and chief investment officer of Baird Advisors. Stanek has spent much of her career working on diversity and inclusion efforts, and is extensively involved in diversity efforts with organizations such as the Greater Milwaukee Committee and Milwaukee Women Inc.

    Stanek will discuss gender diversity issues in the workplace, and the importance of commitment to workforce diversity. Bring your questions for this Q&A session.

    Tuition: $35; free for law student associates (registration required)

    This program will be submitted to the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners for up to 3.0 CLE credits, including 1.0 EPR.
