    Revised forms now available in Real Estate and Criminal Law forms libraries

    April 1, 2009 - The State Bar CLE Books division is pleased to announce the revision of 43 real estate forms and 33 criminal forms available in the State Bar of Wisconsin Forms Bank.

    The Real Estate Forms Library revisions include 38 author drafted forms and five court forms in both residential and commercial subjects. Revised documents include forms, checklists, draft letters, agreements, and contracts.

    The Criminal Law Forms Library revisions include 43 total forms covering several subjects including procedures, pretrial motions, case analysis, initial interviews, plea negotiation, sentencing preparation, trial preparation and postconviction proceedings. Types of forms include checklists, forms, sample letters, sample motions, sentencing forms, and instructions.
