    Construction and Public Contract Law Section hosts CLE luncheon Sept. 16 in Madison and Sept. 17 in Milwaukee

    Sept. 2, 2009 – Gain a better understanding of insurance pitfalls with partially completed projects, horizontal vs. vertical exhaustions, and insurance pitfalls in green buildings at the Insurance Products and Issues for the Construction Law Practitioner CLE luncheon program. The program speaker is James E. Trader, director of construction risk services, Aon Risk Services Central.

    The program, sponsored by the State Bar Construction and Public Contract Law Section, will be held on Sept. 16 at the Madison Club in Madison and Sept. 17 at the Milwaukee Athletic Club in Milwaukee from 12 to 1:30 p.m. The program will be submitted to the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners for 1.0 CLE credit. To register, call (800) 728-7788. The cost is $25 for section members and $35 for nonsection members.
