This section brings together attorneys with interests in civil liberties and constitutional rights. The section presents various programs, publishes a newsletter and initiates and reviews legislative proposals in areas of concern to members. As a special project, the section sponsors a CLE program with the ACLU in Milwaukee. Section dues are free to all first-year attorneys.
