Elder Law Section
This section works to develop and improve the laws that affect the
elderly, and promotes high standards of ethical performance and
technical expertise for those who practice in the area. The section
sponsors CLE programs at State Bar conventions, monitors proposed state
legislation and publishes a newsletter.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Elder Law Section, I invite
