Jim Calloway: Are We Failing to Communicate?

May 2, 2012 – We can make phone calls nationwide virtually for free and email worldwide for free. We have conference calls, webinars, video conferencing, texting, IMing, Twitter, Facebook, and all the rest. But are we really communicating better or is our use (and misuse) of these tools hurting our communication skills?

In this video, Jim Calloway, director of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Management Assistance Program, discusses the electronic tools we use to facilitate our communication.
Calloway is a featured speaker at the June State Bar of Wisconsin PINNACLE® Litigation, Dispute Resolution & Appellate Practice Institute in Wisconsin Dells. He will discuss project management, billing, document production processes, mobile technology, and increased client emphasis on predictability, transparency, and convenience.

The Litigation, Dispute Resolution & Appellate Practice Institute is June 11 and 12, and the Real Estate & Business Law Institute is June 14 and 15.

Early-bird deadline for both institutes is May 4.
