AMENDED ARBITRATION AWARD

Local 79, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, Oneida County Highway Employees, herein referred to as the "Union," and Oneida County, herein referred to as the "Employer," jointly selected the undersigned from a panel of arbitrators from the staff of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission to serve as the impartial arbitrator to hear and decide the dispute concerning grievances no's. 07-01 and 06-09. The arbitrator held a hearing in Rhinelander, Wisconsin on August 14, 2007. The parties consented to mediation by the arbitrator. The parties consented to the following award on September 29, 2007. The parties agreed on December 6, 2007, that the award at order 2 below be amended as specified herein. The award is, therefore amended to read in its entirety as follows:

AWARD

1. That effective September 22, 2007, the pay rate for Leadman will increase to $18.65 per hour.

2. The Employer shall pay those employees who performed Leadman work from January 1, 2005, to January 12, 2007, as follows:

a. those who worked as the field foreman, $.37 an hour; and

b. those who worked as Shop Leadman, $.71 an hour..
