ARBITRATION AWARD

On February 21, 2000, the above-captioned parties petitioned the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission to appoint William C. Houlihan, a member of its staff, to hear and decide a dispute pending between the parties. A hearing was conducted on May 23, 2000, in Burlington, Wisconsin.

At hearing, all parties agreed to consolidate all current claims, and any claim that might arise out of Ms. Zott's employment in this proceeding.

I hereby direct the County to pay Ms. Zott the amount of six thousand, five hundred dollars ($6,500), to be treated as back pay, subject to Social Security, and Wisconsin Retirement System withholdings, as full satisfaction of any and all claims advanced, or which might be advanced, by Ms. Zott arising out of her employment or contracted status with Racine County.
