ARBITRATION AWARD

Teamsters "General" Local No. 200 (hereinafter referred to as the Union) and ANR Advance Transportation Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) selected Daniel Nielsen of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission to serve as arbitrator of a dispute concerning a back pay and benefits claim by driver Charles Pearce.
