Mr. Richard Celichowski, Fond du Lac County Director of Administration, appearing on behalf of the County.

ARBITRATION AWARD

The above-captioned parties, hereinafter the Union and the County, respectively, were signatories to a 1993-94 collective bargaining agreement which provided for final and binding arbitration of grievances. Pursuant to a request for arbitration, the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission appointed the undersigned to hear a grievance. A hearing was held on May 17, 1995, at Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. During the course of the hearing, the parties engaged in settlement discussions. As a result of those discussions, the parties authorized the undersigned to issue the following

CONSENT AWARD

James Behnke's hiring date shall be back dated six months from the date he started at Rolling Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, with no retroactive benefits associated with the hiring date.

In recognition of the above, the Union withdraws the grievance in this case without precedent.
