NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT CONCLUSIONS OF

LAW AND ORDER PURSUANT TO § 111.07(5), STATS.

On December 6, 2013, Examiner Lauri A. Millot issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above-captioned matter determining that Respondents had not committed a prohibited practice within the meaning of §§ 111.70(3(a)4 or 1, Stats. Examiner Millot further concluded that she would not assert jurisdiction over a § 111.70(3)(a)5, Stats., allegation. She dismissed the complaint.

Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in § 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following

NOTICE

By operation of § 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Millot's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-captioned matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on December 27, 2013.
