NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.
On May 19, 2011, Examiner John R. Emery issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above-entitled matter determining that the Village of Weston had committed prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)1, 3 and 4, Stats. He ordered Respondent to take certain action to remedy the prohibited practices.
The Examiner further determined that Respondent did not commit certain alleged prohibited practices.
Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following
By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Emery's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on June 9, 2011.
Within twenty days of the date of this Notice, Respondent should advise the Commission and Complainant of the action it has taken to comply with the Commission's Order.
