NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.
On July 21, 2011, Examiner Danielle Carne issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above-entitled matter determining that Gateway Technical Education Association had not committed a prohibited practice within the meaning of § 111.70(3)(b)1, Stats., and thus that she would not assert jurisdiction over the allegation that Gateway Technical College had committed a prohibited practice within the meaning of § 111.70(3)(a), Stats. She ordered that the complaint be dismissed.
Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in § 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following
By operation of § 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Carne's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on August 11, 2011.
