NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.

On August 6, 2010, Examiner John C. Carlson, Jr. issued an Order Granting City of Madison's Motion to Dismiss determining that Complainant Endres had not timely identified any provision of a collective bargaining agreement that the City could have violated. He ordered the complaint against the City dismissed.

Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.

On October 21, 2010, Examiner John C. Carlson, Jr. issued an Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above-entitled matter determining that Complainant Endres had abandoned his complaint against Respondent Teamsters Union Local 695. He ordered the complaint against Teamsters dismissed.

Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following

NOTICE

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Carlson's Order in the above-entitled matter as to the City became the Commission's Order on August 27, 2010.

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Carlson's Order in the above-entitled matter as to Teamsters became the Commission's Order on November 11, 2010.
