ORDER

The City of Menasha having filed a petition on December 14, 2009, under Wis. Stat. 227.52-227.57, for judicial review of a decision of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission under the Municipal Employment Relations Act (MERA), see Wis. Stat. 111.70-111.77; and

The City's petition having come on for hearing before the court, the Honorable Barbara Key, presiding, on June 1,2010; and

The City having appeared by Attorneys James Macy and Mark Yocom, the Commission having appeared by Assistant Attorney General David Rice, and the Menasha Professional Police Union Local 603 having appeared by Attorney Bruce Ehlke; and

The court having reviewed the record and having considered the written and oral arguments of the parties; and

The court having decided that the Commission's decision must be afflrmed for the reasons stated by the court on the record, particularly incorporating the oral arguments of counsel for the Commission,

Now Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the Commission's decision is AFFIRMED.
