ORDER


Petitioner Lance Davenport commenced his proceeding on February 11, 2010, under Wis. Stat. 227.52-227.57, for judicial review of a decision of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission under the Municipal Employment Relations Act (MERA), see Wis. Stat. 111.70-111.77; and

The petition having come on for hearing before the court, the Honorable Juan B. Colas, presiding, on June 28,2010; and

The petitioner having appeared pro se, the Commission having appeared by Assistant Attorney General David Rice, the Madison Metropolitan School District having appeared by Attorney Heidi Tepp, and Madison Teachers, Inc., having appeared by Bruce Davey, Lawton & Cates,. S.C.; and

The court having reviewed the record and having considered the written and oral arguments of the parties; and

The court having decided, for reasons stated on the record, that the Commission's decision must be affIrmed and the petition for review must be dismissed,

Now Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the Commission's decision is AFFIRMED and the petition for review is DISMISSED. This order adjudicates the entire matter in litigation between the parties and is a final order for purposes of an appeal under Wis. Stat. 808.03(1).
