NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND

ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.

On September 20, 2010, Examiner Colleen A. Burns issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above-entitled matter determining that City of Green Bay had committed prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)1, 3, 4 and 5, Stats. She ordered Respondent City to cease and desist from committing said prohibited practices and to take certain affirmative action.

The Examiner further determined Respondents had not committed certain alleged prohibited practices with the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Stats. She dismissed those complaint allegations.

Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following

NOTICE

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Burns' Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on October 13, 2010.

Within 20 days of the date of this Notice, Respondent City shall advise the Commission and Complainant in writing as to the actions taken to comply with the Commission's Order.
