NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND

ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.

On September 9, 2009, Examiner Peter G. Davis issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above-entitled matter determining that Respondent Milwaukee Board of School Directors had committed prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)4 and (1), Stats. He ordered Respondent Board to take certain remedial action.

The Examiner further concluded that Respondent Board had not committed an independent violation of Sec. 111.70(3)(a)1, Stats., and that Respondent Lexmond had not committed any prohibited practice. As to these allegations, the complaint was dismissed.

Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following

NOTICE

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Davis' Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on September 30, 2009.

Within 20 days of the date of this Notice, Respondent shall notify the Commission and Complainant in writing as to the action it has taken to comply with the Commission's Order.
