ORDER DISMISSING PETITION FOR DECLARATORY RULING

Brown County having on April 5, 2007 filed a petition with the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission seeking a declaratory ruling pursuant to Sec. 111.70(4)(b), Stats. as to the County's duty to bargain with the Brown County Sheriff's Department Non-Supervisory Employees Association over certain matters; and the parties having met with Commission General Counsel Peter Davis on July 5, 2007 and resolved the matter; and the Commission being satisfied that the petition should be dismissed;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The petition for declaratory ruling is dismissed.
