STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL

NORTHCENTRAL TECHNICAL COLLEGE,

Plaintiff,

v.

NORTHCENTRAL TECHNICAL COLLEGE FACULTY ASSOCIATION, and WISCONSIN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS COMMISSION,

Defendants.

The parties, by their respective attorneys, having reached a settlement of all claims, stipulate that all claims, cross-claims and counterclaims be dismissed on the merits, with prejudice, and without costs to any of the parties.

The parties further stipulate and request that the Court vacate the decisions of the Hearing Examiner and the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission in WERC Case 73, No. 63670,MP 4060 and remand said matter to the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission with instructions to dismiss the prohibited practice complaints.

ORDER:

  1. In light of the parties' settlement and joint request, all claims, cross-claims, and counterclaims are dismissed on the merits, with prejudice, and without cost to any of the parties.
  2. The decisions of the Hearing Examiner and the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission in WERC Case 73, No. 63670, MP 4060, are hereby vacated and this matter is remanded to the Commission which is hereby directed to dismiss the prohibited practice complaints.
