NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.
On August 24, 2006, Examiner Coleen A. Burns issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above-entitled matter determining that Respondent State had committed an unfair labor practice within the meaning of Secs. 111.84(1)(e) and (a), Stats. She therefore ordered Respondent to take certain remedial action.

She also determined that Respondent State had not committed unfair labor practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.84(1)(a) or (d), Stats. She therefore dismissed those portions of the complaint.
Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following
By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Burns' Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on September 14, 2006.
Within 20 days of the date of this Notice, Respondent shall notify the Commission and Complainant in writing as to the action it has taken to comply with the Commission's Order.
