ORDER GRANTING PETITION FOR REHEARING
On March 31, 2006, the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission issued an Order on Review of Examiner's Decision in the above matter concluding among other matters that Respondent had committed prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)4, 5 and 1, Stats.
On April 20, 2006, Respondent filed a petition for rehearing pursuant to Sec. 227.49, Stats., and the parties thereafter filed written argument in support of and in opposition to the petition.

Having reviewed the record and being fully advised in the premises, the Commission grants the petition for the purpose of determining whether it committed any material errors of law or fact.
