NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSION

OF LAW AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.

On August 13, 2003, Examiner Steve Morrison issued Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above-entitled matter determining that Respondent had committed prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)1 and 4, Stats., by certain conduct. To remedy the prohibited practices, he ordered Respondent to cease and desist from such conduct, post a notice, and bargain with Complainant.

By letter dated August 27, 2003, Respondent advised the Commission of the action it was taking to comply with the Examiner's Order.

Within the 20 day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review was filed and no intervening order was issued by the Examiner or the Commission.

NOW, THERFORE, the Commission makes the following

NOTICE

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Morrison's Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order on September 3, 2003.
