NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS

OF LAW AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.

On August 14, 2003, Examiner Dennis P. McGilligan issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above-entitled matter determining that Respondent had committed unfair labor practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.06(1)(f) and (g), Stats., by refusing to comply with an arbitration award. To remedy the unfair labor practices, he ordered Respondent to cease and desist from such refusal, post a notice, proceed to comply with the award and pay Complainant's attorney fees.

Within the 20 day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review was filed and no intervening order was issued by the Examiner or the Commission.

NOW, THERFORE, the Commission makes the following

NOTICE

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner McGilligan's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on September 4, 2003.

Within 20 days of the date of this Notice, Respondent shall advise the Commission and Complainant of the steps it has taken to comply with the Commission's Order.
