NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSION

OF LAW AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.

On June 25, 2003, Examiner Sharon A. Gallagher issued Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above-entitled matter determining that Respondent had committed prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)5 and 1, Stats., by refusing to arbitrate a grievance. To remedy the prohibited practices, she ordered Respondent to cease and desist from such refusal, post a notice, and proceed to arbitrate the grievance.

Within the 20 day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review was filed and no intervening order was issued by the Examiner or the Commission.

NOW, THERFORE, the Commission makes the following

NOTICE

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Gallagher's Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order on July 16, 2003.

Within 20 days of the date of this Notice, Respondent shall advise the Commission and Complainant of the steps it has taken to comply with the Commission's Order.
