NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND
On December 5, 2002, Examiner Coleen A. Burns issued Findings of Fact,
law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above matter wherein she concluded
City of Milwaukee and its agents had committed certain prohibited practices within the
Secs. 111.70(3)(a)1 and 3, Stats., but had not committed certain other alleged prohibited
within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)1, 2 and 3, Stats. To remedy the prohibited
the Examiner ordered the City and its agents to cease and desist from such conduct and to
notice. She dismissed the prohibited practices that she found the City and its agents had not

On December 26, 2002, the City filed a petition with the Commission seeking review
Examiner's decision pursuant to Secs. 111.07(5) and 111.70(4)(a), Stats.
On January 24, 2003, the City advised the Commission that it wished to withdraw the
for review and was in the process of complying with the Examiner's Order.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following

Law and Order in the above matter have become the Commission's Findings of Fact,
Law and Order.
