NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT,

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW AND ORDER

On December 5, 2002, Examiner Coleen A. Burns issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum in the above matter wherein she concluded that the City of Milwaukee and its agents had committed certain prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)1 and 3, Stats., but had not committed certain other alleged prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)1, 2 and 3, Stats. To remedy the prohibited practices found, the Examiner ordered the City and its agents to cease and desist from such conduct and to post a notice. She dismissed the prohibited practices that she found the City and its agents had not committed.

On December 26, 2002, the City filed a petition with the Commission seeking review of the Examiner's decision pursuant to Secs. 111.07(5) and 111.70(4)(a), Stats.

On January 24, 2003, the City advised the Commission that it wished to withdraw the petition for review and was in the process of complying with the Examiner's Order.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following

NOTICE

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Burns' Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above matter have become the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order.
