FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5),
On April 15, 2002, Examiner Dennis P. McGilligan issued Findings of Fact,
Law and Order, with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining
Respondent had not committed unfair labor practices within the meaning of the Wisconsin
Employment Peace Act. He therefore dismissed the complaint.
To maximize the ability of the parties we serve to utilize the Internet and
software to research decisions and arbitration awards issued by the Commission and its staff,

Within the 20 day statutory period 1/ set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no
petition for review
of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order
Examiner or the Commission was issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following
By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner McGilligan's Findings of Fact,
of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact,
Conclusions of Law and Order on May 7, 2002.
1/ Pursuant to Sec. 990.001(4)(b), Stats., the
20 day period was extended through May 6, 2002.
