On April 8, 2002, Examiner David E. Shaw issued Findings of Fact,
Conclusions of Law and
Order, with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining that the
above-named Respondents had not committed unfair labor practices within the meaning of the
Employment Labor Relations Act. He therefore dismissed the complaint.
