NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF
FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5),
On January 22, 2002, Examiner Sharon A. Gallagher issued Findings of Fact,
Law and Order, with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining
Respondent City of Green Bay had committed a prohibited practice within the meaning of
111.70(3)(a)4 and 1, Stats. She ordered Respondent City of Green Bay to cease and
committing said prohibited practice and take certain affirmative remedial action. By letter
February 8, 2002, Respondent City of Green Bay advised the Examiner and the Commission
action it was taking to comply with her Order.
The Examiner further concluded that Respondents had not committed a prohibited
within the meaning of Sec. 111.70(3)(a)1 and that she would not assert jurisdiction over an
violation of Sec. 111.70(3)(a)5, Stats. She therefore dismissed these complaint allegations.

Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for
of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order
Examiner or the Commission was issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following
By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Gallagher's Findings of Fact,
of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact,
Conclusions of Law and Order on February 12, 2002.
