NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.

On March 26, 2002, Examiner Coleen A. Burns issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order, with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining that the Respondent City of Madison had committed a prohibited practice within the meaning of Sec. 111.70(3)(a)1, Stats. She ordered Respondent City of Madison to cease and desist from committing said prohibited practice and to post a notice. Examiner Burns therein also determined that Respondent City of Madison had not committed prohibited practices within the meaning of Secs. 111.70(3)(a)3 or 4, Stats., and therefore dismissed those complaint allegations.

By letter dated April 9, 2002, Respondent City of Madison advised the Examiner that it had posted the notice as ordered.

Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following

NOTICE

By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Burns' Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on April 16, 2002.
