ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR REHEARING

On March 15, 2001, the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission issued an Order in the above matter dismissing a request from Sandra Anderson that the Commission enforce a grievance arbitration award pursuant to Sec. 111.63, Stats. The Order concluded that the Commission lacked jurisdiction to consider the merits of the request.

On April 3, 2001, Anderson filed a petition for rehearing pursuant to Sec. 227.49, Stats., asserting that the Commission erred in its Order.

We have considered the matter and conclude that we did not commit errors of law or fact in the March 15, 2001 Order.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is

ORDERED

The petition for rehearing is denied.
