NOTICE OF COMMISSION'S FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
AND ORDER PURSUANT TO SECTION 111.07(5), STATS.
On February 7, 2001 Examiner Amedeo Greco issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with Accompanying Memorandum, in the above-entitled matter determining that Respondent had committed a prohibited practice within the meaning of Sec. 111.70(3)(a)4, Stats. He therefore ordered Respondent to take certain remedial action. He further determined that Respondent had not committed a prohibited practice within the meaning of Sec. 111.70(3)(a)5, Stats., and therefore he dismissed this portion of the complaint.
On February 26, 2001, the Examiner issued amended Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order clarifying his remedy.
Within the 20-day statutory period set forth in Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., no petition for review of said Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order was filed and no intervening order by the Examiner or the Commission was issued. By letter dated March 16, 2001, Respondent advised the Commission that pursuant to a settlement agreement reached by the parties, it would not be filing a petition for review.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Commission issues the following
By operation of Sec. 111.07(5), Stats., Examiner Greco's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order in the above-entitled matter became the Commission's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order on March 20, 2001.
