ORDER

The above-entitled proceeding having been commenced on December 29, 1999, under Wis. Stat. §§ 111.07(8), 111.70(4)(a), and 227.52-227.57, to review a decision of the Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission under the Municipal Employment Relations Act, see Wis. Stat. §§ 111.70-111.77; and

The petitioner having appeared by Attorney Bruce F. Ehlke, Schneidman, Myers, Dowling, Blumenfield, Ehlke, Hawks & Domer, the Commission having appeared by David C. Rice, Assistant Attorney General, and Brown County having appeared by John C. Jacques, Assistant Corporation Counsel; and

The circuit court having entered a decision on October 5, 2000, remanding the case to the Commission to explain in detail on what evidence the Commission relied in determining that a

particular witness was not credible, and in reversing the examiner on a particular factual matter; and

The Commission having issued a supplemental decision on remand, on December 15, 2000, pursuant to the order of the circuit court; and

The circuit court having reviewed the record and having considered the written arguments of the parties; and

The circuit court having entered a supplemental decision on April 20, 2001, in favor of the Commission and Brown County,

Now Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that the decision of the Commission is affirmed.
